Welcome to Ferdinand Jewelers. We are a mom and pop, brick and mortar family business nestled within the New Providence/Berkeley Heights community for 40 years. We are not just a jewelry store, but an integral part of the community and peoples’ lives. Our customers really matter to us and we have developed lifetime relationships with so many of them.
Back to the mom and pop part... Chris is the mom and Bill is the pop! Bill grew up in the jewelry industry. His grandfather started a store and his father followed after him. But we did not inherit our store. We started Ferdinand Jewelers from the ground up in 1984.
It’s an honor to make engagement rings and wedding bands that symbolize a lifetime of love. It’s a thrill to help our customers celebrate the big moments in life along with the little ones… because the little moments in life are really the stuff! We appreciate the trust and friendships that grace us because of our store.
And now for the jewelry part of Ferdinand Jewelers. We no longer sell online as small businesses like ours have become too big a target for online theft, and we don't have the bandwidth to cover the time, scary encounters, and substantial costs associated with it. We have a wide selection of jewelry in our store, but if you don’t see something you like, we can get it or make it for you. We can design and build your dream jewelry and repair your heirlooms and favorites. Chris’s specialty is reinventing what you consider your uglies and turning them into beauties.
We have a very large selection of estate and vintage jewelry. We are also an approved dealer for famous brand watches.
