We no longer sell our products online nor do we take orders by phone.

As a small business family jeweler, we are a target for online scams and theft. Too often, we have experienced a purchase with a stolen or illicit credit card. We don't have the capacity to carefully scrutinize every online or phone purchase, and even when we spot an issue, we incur costly fees and fearful encounters to resolve it.

We display photos of jewelry samples online but ask that you come into the store for details, pricing, and to purchase the items. Please call for an appointment (908-665-2250) or just walk in anytime.

We are a family run business with hours that may fluctuate during holidays, family emergencies and vacations. We recommend calling ahead for an appointment particularly for services that require a longer consultation - designing, remounts, engagement rings, appraisals - but feel free to walk in anytime. If you return an item within 14 days of receipt you can have full in-store credit. If you do not request a refund within the 14 day refund period, you are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Ferdinand Jewelers does not offer refunds or store credit for custom orders.

A return must be in the same condition it was received. You will not be refunded or given store credit if the item is damaged or lost due to mishandling by either you or a third party such as the mail carrier.

We can sell your jewelry on consignment and display it in our store/online. We buy gold, silver and platinum, diamonds and precious stones. Contact us to make an appointment and we will advise you on the best way to handle your pieces.

Absolutely. We use design techniques and 3D printing to make your ideas come to life (see Custom page). You can select the diamonds and gems wih the same shape and sparkle as your mother's. Alternatively, we can take a family heirlom and redesign it just for you.

We can repair a watch, and if not repairable, we can replace the movement. If either choice isn't feasible, we'll do our best to find something similar. We specialize in vintage watches and love the challenge of sleuthing for that special watch. We also carry a wide selection of vintage watches in our store.

Ferdinand Jewelers is an authorized dealer for Casio's G-Shock line and Seiko, but please note that we do not accept online or phone orders for watches.
