We are a family run business with hours that may fluctuate during holidays, family emergencies and vacations. We recommend calling ahead for an appointment particularly during the pandemic and for services that require a longer consultation - designing, remounts, engagement rings, appraisals - but feel free to walk in anytime. CAN YOU SELL MY JEWELRY FOR ME?
We can sell your jewelry on consignment and display it in our store/online. We buy gold, silver and platinum, diamonds and precious stones. Contact us to make an appointment and we will advise you on the best way to handle your pieces.
CAN YOU MAKE MY ENGAGEMENT RING SETTING JUST LIKE MY MOTHER'S?
Absolutely. We use design techniques and 3D printing to make your ideas come to life (see Custom page). You can select the diamonds and gems wih the same shape and sparkle as your mother's. Alternatively, we can take a family heirlom and redesign it just for you.
I LOVE MY WATCH - CAN YOU FIND ME SOMETHING SIMILAR?
We can repair it or replace the movement. If either choice isn't feasible, we'll do our best to find something similar. We have the best sources available to us, including dealer access to Casio's G-Shock line and Seikos.
WHAT’S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you return an item within 14 days of receipt you can have full in-store credit (available for online purchases, as well). If you do not request a refund within the 14 day refund period, you are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Ferdinand Jewelers does not offer refunds or store credit for custom orders.
A return must be in the same condition it was received. You will not be refunded or given store credit if the item is damaged or lost due to mishandling by either you or a third party such as the mail carrier.

HOW ARE YOU OPERATING DURING THE PANDEMIC?
Ferdinand Jewelers has OFFICIALLY REOPENED for in-store service for sales, repairs, custom design and pickups! As always, we will continue to follow the science and be respectful of your space. Given our size, 3 customers at a time makes sense, and we are we'll come to your car for pick ups and deliveries. Best advice for personal, social distancing service during the pandemic is to make an appointment.
Call us or email us with any - and we mean any - requests or concerns. We are here to serve you... because love still needs to be celebrated, congratulations given and birthdays and anniversaries remembered. We can get or make those special keepsakes and heirlooms for you!
Bill and I understand that feeling of anxiety when entering a store. Our #1 priority is for our customers to feel comfortable, safe and stress free while we serve you during these difficult times. We are rigorously following CDC guidelines - washing hands, social distancing and cleaning / disinfecting surfaces. We always wear masks and gloves and will make gloves and hand sanitizer available to customers. National Jeweler, the jewelry industry’s go-to source for information vital to jewelry professionals worldwide, advises ultrasonic or steam cleaning each piece of jewelry before and after it is handled by a customer. We will absolutely do so, and treat your personal jewelry lent to us for repairs, in the same way! Every item will be placed carefully in its own plastic baggie before returning it to you.
