During the pandemic, we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for all products EXCEPT WATCHES. Items are shipped through the U.S. postal service. Ferdinand Jewelers processes the order within 3-5 business days of completing the financial transaction but date of delivery depends on the post office's Standard Shipping service. Clients may pay extra to expedite shipping online or call the store for special shipping requests, including the use of alternative carriers to USPS. Insurance for the cost of the item is covered by Ferdinand Jewelers.
The fastest way to receive your item is to pick it up at the store. Just check Store Pick Up when you check out or give us a call at 909-665-2250.
Exceptions: For watches, we charge $20 for standard shipping by USPS.
If you return an item within 14 days of receipt you can have full in-store credit (available for online purchases, as well). If you do not request a refund within the 14 day refund period, you are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Ferdinand Jewelers does not offer refunds or store credit for custom orders.
A return must be in the same condition it was received. You will not be refunded or given store credit if the item is damaged or lost due to mishandling by either you or a third party such as the mail carrier.
