SHIPPING POLICY

A $20 shipping and handling fee is charged for items priced at $1000 and under. Items over $1000 are shipped for free via standard shipping. Ferdinand Jewelers processes the order within 3-5 business days of completing the financial transaction, but date of delivery depends on the shipping service which we have no control over. If you wish to expedite your order, please contact us so we can process your order according to your exact needs. Standard insurance costs during shipment are covered by Ferdinand Jewelers.

The fastest way to receive your item is to pick it up at the store. Just check Store Pick Up when you check out or give us a call at 909-665-2250.

RETURN POLICY

If you return an item within 14 days of receipt you can have full in-store credit (available for online purchases, as well). If you do not request a refund within the 14 day refund period, you are not eligible for a refund or store credit. Ferdinand Jewelers does not offer refunds or store credit for custom orders.

 

A return must be in the same condition it was received. You will not be refunded or given store credit if the item is damaged or lost due to mishandling by either you or a third party such as the mail carrier.

 

We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for returns, so you may return orders through the carrier of your choice. PAYMENT METHOD

As a small business family jeweler, we are a target for online scams and theft. Too often, we have experienced a purchase with a stolen or illicit credit card. We don't have the capacity to carefully scrutinize every online purchase, and even when we spot an issue, we incur costly fees to resolve it.

 

Therefore, we have stopped accepting payment online with a purchase. Instead, we ask that you call us at 908-665-2250 when you have an interest in one of our online items, or submit your order and we will contact you to work out the details of delivery and payment. We promise to fulfill your order promptly with love and care!
